Medical:
Cytori employees have the option of choosing between HMO coverage or PPO coverage, administered by Cigna Health Care. Both include hospital stays, physician services, prescription drugs, and other miscellaneous benefits.
Dental and Vision:
Cytori offers a Dental PPO plan through Cigna and a Vision plan from MES Vision.
Flexible Spending Accounts:
- Health Care Expenses: Cytori allows employees to allocate pre-tax money towards healthcare for eligible out-of-pocket expenses that you or your dependants may incur.
- Child/Dependent Care Expenses: Cytori also allows for the allocation of pre-tax money towards daily child care and/or care of a disabled adult family member.

Paid Time Off:
The amount of PTO employees receive each year increases with the length of their employment. Upon initial eligibility the non-exempt employee is entitled to 15 PTO days each year. All regular full-time employees are eligible. PTO allowances are also made for voting and jury duty, as well as for bereavement, and paternity leave.
401K:
To be eligible to join the 401(k) savings plan, you must be 21 years of age or older. You may join the plan at the first of any month. Eligible employees may participate in the 401(k) plan subject to all terms and conditions of the plan. The 401(k) savings plan allows you to elect how much salary you want to contribute and direct the investment of your plan account, so you can tailor your own retirement package to meet your individual needs.
