Green Hospital Supply: StemSource™ Cell Bank Commercialization
Cytori entered into a partnership in August to commercialize Cytori's StemSource™ cell bank, which includes Cytori's Celution™ System, to hospitals throughout Japan. Green Hospital Supply will be the exclusive commercialization partner in Japan of the StemSource cell bank. Green Hospital Supply intends to begin selling StemSource cell banks by the first quarter of 2008. Revenues from all related product sales will be shared equally between Cytori and Green Hospital Supply.

Invitrogen and Lonza: Cell-Based Research Products
Cytori formed non-exclusive marketing partnerships with Lonza Corporation and Invitrogen Corporation to provide adipose stem cells to the life science community for use in basic and translational disease research. This is important for Cytori because it holds the potential to expand the number of therapeutic applications under development for adipose derived stem and regenerative cells and therefore broaden the opportunities for Cytori.
